Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy ® (CAP ® )
The CAP® program provides professionals in the nonprofit and financial services fields that work with individuals and families in the development and implementation of philanthropic programs with the knowledge and tools needed to help clients attempting to reach their charitable giving objectives while also helping them meet their estate planning and wealth management goals. CAP® graduates are uniquely qualified to potentially help charitable organizations achieve longterm financial success. ChFC Chartered Financial Consultant ® (ChFC ® )
The Chartered Financial Consultant ® is a highly respected designation that prepares candidates to meet the advanced financial planning needs of individuals, professionals and small business owners with indepth coverage of the key financial planning disciplines. The designation is awarded by the American College after completion and examination in eight courses (Core Courses: Financial Planning Process and Environment, Fundamentals of Insurance Planning, Income Taxation, Planning for Retirement Needs, Investments, Fundamentals of Estate Planning, Financial Planning Applications - Elective Courses: The Financial System in the Economy, Estate Planning Applications, Executive Compensation and Financial Decisions for Retirement}. Upon being awarded a ChFC designation, candidates are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years.

He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin.
